GLI STRUMENTI ‘PREMIALI’ DI LEGALITÀ E TRASPARENZA 19.01.2017

On Thursday, 19th January 2017, Proetica – an Association of Unindustria Treviso and Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti Treviso, organized the meeting “Gli strumenti ‘premiali’ di legalità e trasparenza” in which the CEO of Daliform Group, Mr. Albertini Antimo Riccardo, was invited to participate.

The meeting was useful for to the richness of company’s witnesses in which there emerged approaches and reasons even significantly different that motivated the companies to get their Legality Rating issued by the Italian Competition Authority.

The Rating is part of those proactive tools introduced some years ago, such as the white lists handled by the Prefectures and, more recently, the company’s rating in the new discipline of public procurement, which aim is to highlight and reward the companies which demonstrate to act in compliance with the rules.

So not only the classic action of illegal phenomena’s suppression, but also reward tools to better stimulate and encourage virtuous and transparent company’s behaviours against the culture of illegality.

COURT OF VENICE, SPECIALIZED SECTION IN THE FIELD OF ENTERPRISE

The appointed judge Dr. Martina Gasparini following the appeal for sequestration and inhibitory description, ex artt. 129, 131 and 134 c.p.i., 669 bis and ss. 670 c.p.c. proposed by TPS Srl and Daliform Group Srl ordered, towards SPIDERPLAST Srl, the injunction to produce, use and / or market and / or advertise in any form and manner, in any sales channel, including Internet, trade fairs , and in any other commercial seat, of all kinds of formwork at adjustable heights called GOLIATH or otherwise entitled in counterfeiting of the title of property indicated in the appeal;

The fine of € 500.00 was set for each violation or day of delay in the execution of the provisions;

The order was issued for the publication once, in double-normal characters, by the applicant and at the expense of the defendant, with the right of reimbursement of the invoices, in the newspaper Corriere della Sera and Gazzettino national editions;

The companies SPIDERPLAST Srl and GEOPLAST Spa were jointly and severally liable to pay the costs of the proceedings.

Verletzten Patente, Daliform Group gewinnt die Rechtssache

Sieg in dem Gericht für Daliform Group und T.P.S.: außer der Notwendigkeit ihre eigene Monopole in dem internationalen Bereich zu verteidigen, haben diese Unternehmen ihre gefälschten Produkte von italienischen Firmen gesehen.

Nach einem Streitfall der Dauer von sechs Jahren, verurteilte das Gericht von Venedig – spezialisierte unternehmenspezifische Abteilung – die Unternehmen GEOPLAST S.p.A. und GRANPLAST 2001 Srl, beide aus Grantorto, um eine Million und ein halb, einschließlich der Vertragsstrafen und der Rückerstattung zu entschädigen.

Schon in März 2011 wurden Sicherungsmaßnahme und Unterlassungsklage gegen die Produkte ELEVETOR und NAUTILUS erlassen und danach, in September 2013, gegen das Produkt NAUTILUS EVO, alle von Geoplast Spa, denn sie wurden für die Patente der Systeme ATLANTIS und U-BOOT® gefälscht betrachtet. ATLANTIS und U-BOOT® BETON sind zwei der erfolgreichsten Produkte von DALIFORM GROUP, die von Archistars wie Renzo Piano, Paolo Portoghesi, Mario Botta, Zara Hadid, Libeskind, Arata Isozaki, Jean Nouvel und viele anderen …, geschätzt wurden.

Das Urteil wurde am 29. September 2016 von Corriere della Sera und am 30. September 2016 von Il Sole 24ORE auszugsweise und in Übereinstimmung mit der Anordnungen des Gerichtes herausegegeben.

Daliform Group gewann den Auftrag für die oben-Erhebung des industriellen Bodens des größten Flughafens der Welt

Daliform Group, das Unternehmenleader in der Planung und Produktion von Kunststoff-Fabrikwaren für den Baubereich, schließt die Übereinmstimmung mit “IGA” und gewinnt eine ultra-millionäre Anlieferung für den größten Flughafen der Welt, in der Nähe von Istanbul.

Der Doktor Antimo Riccardo Albertini, Präsident von Daliform Group, hat die Übereinstimmung direkt mit “Istanbul Grand Airport”, d.h. dem Konsortium der fünf türkischen contractor-leaders, und dem Vertreter des Bauwerks und der Abwicklung des Neuen Flughafens von Istanbul, unterschrieben. Die anfängliche Warenlieferung besteht aus 186.000 qm (Quadratmeter) des eigenen Bausystems “Atlantis”, d.h. eine Variante des bekanntesten “Iglù®”, für die Verwirklichung der oben-Erhebung des industriellen Bodens dieses Flughafens.

Nach einer artikulierten Verhandlung hat IGA das Produkt Daliform für dieses hoheitsvolle Projekt angewählt. Tatsächlich kann dieses Produkt mehrfachen und komplexen, strukturellen Problematiken lösen, dank seiner Qualität und Flexibilität des Systems und der Exzellenz des Arbeitsteams von den Ingenieuren des Unternehmens.

Am 22. Dezember 2015 erzielte Daliform Group die Bescheinigung des Gesetzlichkeit-Ratings, das heißt die Bescheinigung für die virtuosen Firmen. Diese Bescheinigung wurde von der Garant-Autorität für die Konkurrenz und den Markt ausgestellt, mit einem Spielstand von zwei Sternen und einem +.

Published the first technical textbook on the two-way voided slabs with U-Boot® Beton system

At the conclusion of a project developed in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano started in 2013, Daliform Group is proud to announce the publication of an important technical textbook titled:
„Analysis and design of reinforced concrete voided slabs also subject to seismic actions. Using the U-Boot® Beton System“.

The book, published by Dario Flaccovio, is a practical technical manual addressed to all the consultants of the building sector that would like to learn more about the use of two-way voided slabs.

The study includes the results of an extensive experimental program conducted at the Polytechnic of Milan, which highlight the excellent bidirectional response of voided slabs and the efficient performance in the presence of seismic actions. The experimental results here presented are supported by advanced numerical models.

Overall, the results derived from physical and numerical experimentation form a solid basis for the understanding and design of voided slab systems for gravity and seismic loads.

The small and medium concern is became leading with the 3rd edition of Pmi Day, national day of the small and medium concern forwarded by Confindustria to promote the merit and competences presents in the small and medium companies as essential property for the economy of the Country.
